Bluestreak Crystals® About Us

 

Amanda and Shaun purchased Bluestreak Beads in November 2015 and since that time they have worked incredibly hard to reshape and rebuild the business. During the first year of ownership they pretty much changed everything, which is why in 2016 the company was renamed to Bluestreak Crystals. The new company name retains a link to its heritage, whilst reflecting the new focus of high quality crystal components manufactured by Swarovski in Austria.

Bluestreak Crystals has continued to grow year on year and currently employs approximately 25 people from the local Buckinghamshire area. It's truly a family run business with Amanda and Shaun, and their two daughters working for the business.

In 2020 we diversified and expand our range of crystal components by partnering with Preciosa, located in the Czech Republic. The business was also relocated to fabulous new offices in a beautiful village location at Penn Street, Buckinghamshire, providing much needed space for the business to continue its growth and expansion.

Swarovski implemented a change in strategy and significantly reduced their distribution network in 2021. Fortunately, Bluestreak Crystals was selected to be one of very few remaining Swarovski Authorised Distribution Partners worldwide. Bluestreak Crystals also retained their status of Swarovski Application Partner and continues to work with Swarovski on worldwide projects.

Between 2021 and 2022, Bluestreak Crystals also launched two of it's own brands of crystals components to help fill the gap in supply to the DIY industry. Estella Crystals provide good quality glass crystals at affordable prices, and Serinity Crystals are perfect for customers that require outstanding quality and sparkle.

Growth continued in 2024 as Bluestreak Crystals increased their partnership with Swarovski by becoming a Swarovski Retail Partner, and stocking / reselling Swarovski finished products such as Accessories, Figurines, Home Decor, Jewellery, Sunglasses and Watches. As part of this expansion, a Swarovski Retail Showroom will soon be available at Bluestreak Crystals, where Swarovski products can be viewed and purchased.

• Customer Service Team - our friendly dedicated customer service team are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (UK time), to ensure that all of your queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner. They can be contacted real time via live chat, e-mail or via the telephone.
• Inventory Management Team - they submit and process multiple deliveries from our suppliers every day to ensure that stock levels are maintained, so that you can always order the products you want.
• Order Management Team - are responsible for ensuring your orders are picked, triple checked and securely packed ready for dispatch. We send your orders out as quickly as possible because we know you are always keen to receive your delivery from Bluestreak Crystals!
• Creative Team - are always busy in the Bluestreak Studio and fill our social media channels with an array of delights on a daily basis, showing intricate details of our crystals up close as well as the various stages of our crystal embellishment projects.
